2. Mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Double pitched slate roof. Coped gables on kneelers. 4 storeys. 5 ranges of windows on north elevation, 1 of sashes with glazing bars, remainder blind. East elevation has 2 ranges of planked loading doors with winch hoists over. West elevation has 2 ranges of casements with glazing bars. Internally floors are taken on iron columns.
All the listed buildings in North Mills form a group.
