Single house, late Cl7. Ashlar lias stone facade. Rubble stone at left hand bay (former Dairy). Thatch roof, hipped at left hand, gabled at right hand. Renewed brick stack at left hand hip and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows and additional 2 at left hand. Renewed 3-light wooden casements and glazing bars. Wooden cills and lintels. Upper floor windows with small leaded lights. Front door, right of centre, wood with 6 recess panels. Thatched gabled porch with weather-boarded front and carried on 2 wooden posts. Left door, plank with strap-hinges and heavy wood frame. Interior: ceiling beams, mid- chamfered with filleted stops. Large open fireplace with wooden lintel over. Dairy with heavier chamfered beams, with filleted stops. Window shutters throughout with recess-panels.
