3 storey. 3 window bays on a curved frontage. Slate roof. Stuccoed. Glazing bars intact. C19 doorway and small shop window and shop door with continuous cornice and fascia over.
Nos 4, 4A, 5 & 6 and the Guildhall, Bridge Street, together with No 62 Church Street and Nos 42-45 (consec) and No 47 Coombe Street form a group.
