ST 60 NW BATCOMBE Newlands Farmhouse

Detached Farmhouse. Early C19, villa-design. Brick walls rendered. Low slate roofs, hipped. Brick stacks at left hand eaves, C19, and right hand eaves, C20. 2 storeys. 3 windows, symmetrical elevation, sashes with thin glazing-bars, 20 pane to ground floor, 16 pane to first floor, crown glass. Front door at centre, flush-panelled with semi-circular fanlight over with glazing-bars, early C19. The pentice-roofed outhouses on north end wall are not of special interest.
