Description

POYNTINGTON ST 61 NE POYNTINGTON VILLAGE Three unidentified Monuments 6/108 in the churchyard 5 metres north of the porch of the Church of All Saints GV II Three Table-Tombs. C17 and C18. Stone. 1) Nearest to porch: has one fielded-panel to each side, and tiered fielded-panel pilasters. Inscription illegible, died 1753. 2) Centre, has two semi-circular panels to each side, modillioned. Heavy cornice and hipped top block. Putti faces and fleurons in the spandrels. Inscription illegible. Dated 1695. 3) Furthest from porch: two semi-circular panels to each side, heavy cornice and hipped top block. Inscription illegible. Late C17. Listing NGR: ST6501819990
