C19 front. North front of 2 storeys, 2 window bays. Slate roof with hip to left hand over an addition. Roughcast front. 2-light wood casements with small panes. In west gable end, 2 doorways, coupled. Included for group value along the River Lim.
Nos 22, 22A, 23, 25, 25A & 26 and Nos 6 to 8 (consec) Sherborne Buildings together with No 1 Mill Green form a group.
