NEWLAND 1. 1625 (North Side) 2 Cottages (adjoining the 3 cottages next to The Manor House on East Side)
ST 6416 2/183 II GV 2.
Cl9 fronts to possibly earlier core. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Slate gabled roof; stone slate verge. Rendered fronts; giant pilasters at either end. Entry in centre with window above. Left hand cottage has 2-light casement window with small wood panes above and a sash window below. Right hand cottage has a sash window above and a 4 flush panelled door with side lights and a sash window below.
Digby Estate No 31, Sherborne Youth Club, East part of same range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, 3 cottages next to The Manor House, 2 cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
