ST 6316 1/406 II GV 2.
Continuous roof span with Dolphin House. 2 storeys 3 window bays. Plaintile gabled roof. Roughcast front; stone plinth. 2-light wood casements above; 3-light casements below, one to either side of doorway. 6-panel door in reveals; upper 4-panels glazed with 2 reeded flush panels below.
Digby Estate Nos 251 to 255 (consec), Twyford, The Sherborne Do-it-Yourself Centre and Wessex Club, Digby Estate No 247, Sherborne Gallery, Westbury Studio, Dolphin House, Estcourt and Brookfield form a group.
