Mid to later C19 front. 3-storeys. 2 windows on each floor including ground floor. Slate gabled roof. Colourwashed rendered front. Sash windows; no glazing bars; lugs, On ground floor at right hand end, plain doorway; half-glazed door.
Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Monmouth Street form a group: to the west the vista is closed by Nos 6 and 6A Coombe Street.
