In 2 facets. C18 or early C19 2 storey pebbledash front. Altered sash windows; 3 window bays. Stone doorway with half-round tapered pilasters and pediment; 6-panelled door with rectangular fanlight over. Stuccoed plinth.
Kingston Cottage, Kingston House, The Vines with outbuilding to South-East form a group.
