Description
HIGH EAST STREET 1. 5191 (North Side) British Legion Headquarters SY 6990 7/234 II GV 2. Cl8 or early C19. Portland rubble with red brick dressings. End elevation chequer brick. Hipped slate roof, 2 storeys. Modern windows and doors throughout. Blocked brick arcade of 5 round headed arches along east side. Nos 35 to 43 (consec), and No 39A and 39B, and Arch between Nos 40 and 41 and British Legion Headquarters form a group.
