Detached Cottage, with gable-end facing lane. Late C18. Rubble- stone walls with brick dressings. Thatch roof, half-hipped at left hand and gabled at right hand. Brick stack, C19, at right hand gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 2-light woodgn casements with glazing-bars 3-light wood casement to right ground. Brick dressings and segmental brick heads. Plank door, left of centre. Left hand room, unheated.
