Detached Cottage. c.Early C18, extended one 'bay' to west. Rubble stone walls. Thatch roof with gable ends. C20 brick stacks at ridge, right of centre, and at right hand gable. 1½ storeys. 3 windows, Sand 2-light wooden casements with leading, C20. Wooden and concrete lintels. C20 wooden shutters. Front door, right of centre, plank door, studded with strap-hinges. Hipped thatch porch canopy over on wooden posts and stone side walls.
