Small house at end of row. c1820-1840. Painted brickwork or rendered, slate roof. The property returns to Clifton Place to the left, with an attached wing. 2 storeys and attic; original 4-pane sash flat-roofed dormer above a bold 12:18:12-pane bow oriel at eaves level. Ground floor has a 2-pane display window, and to the left a part-glazed C19 door in plain reveals to an arch over plain fanlight. The return gable wall has a small 2-light casement to the attic, and a panelled dorr in plain reveals to an arch over a plain fanlight. To the left, in the same plane, the wall has a 12-pane sash at each level, and a plain parapet. A deep brick ridge stack to the right. INTERIOR: not inspected. In an area where there has been considerable modification to small properties, this remains relatively unaltered, and forms part of a good group with Nos 62-66 & 68-70 (qqv).
