A corner building, returning to Rodwell Street at its N end, and facing the Rodwell Hotel (qv). A parapeted range in 3 storeys, with a 3-window N front and 4 windows to the W, or main street front. All 4-pane sashes to stone sills; in bay 2 is a wide arched opening with a 3-panel door plus side-lights and panels, under a fanlight with radial bars. The N front has a bowed oriel with 4:4-pane sashes and a fine modillion cornice between plain sashes at ground- and second-floor levels.
