House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered, concrete tile mansard roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1 window; 2 raking dormers with C20 sash above an 8:12:8-pane sash bow oriel with dentil cornice carried across the full facade, C20 full-width shop front. Brick stack to the left. The property is smaller in scale than those adjacent, and may be on some earlier fabric. INTERIOR not inspected. (RCHME: Dorset, South-East: London: 1970-: 351).
