House in row, with shop. Early to mid C19. Rendered, slate roof. 3 storeys; at second floor are two 9-pane sashes in reveals on stone sills, above a bold square late C19 oriel in 3 plain sashes with narrow sashes to the returns, all with shallow cambered heads, pilaster mullions and moulded cornice on small modillions. The skirt of the oriel is covered by the deep plain fascia above a C20 shop front, but at either end are stone unfluted Doric half-columns with a small section of entablature visible from an earlier display front. Moulded cornice, blocking and parapet returned to the coped gable, left, with stack. INTERIOR not inspected.
