House in row, with shop. Mid C19. Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof. 3 storeys and attic, 1 window; 2 flat-roofed dormers above a 2-storey canted oriel with 4-pane sashes; the upper cornice continues across the frontage, capped by an ogee gutter also carried round the bay. At the ground floor is a full-width flat hood over, to the left, a panelled door with transom light, in pilasters, and an elegant C19 shop front, centred on the oriel, with canted dislay windows to slender mullions but plain unbroken glazing, and moulded sills above a set-back stall-riser, flanking a deep-set glazed door with transom light. A brick stack to the right. INTERIOR not inspected.
