Short terrace of houses. c1840. Flemish bond brickwork (No.12)           or rendered (Nos 11 & 13), slate low-pitched roofs, hipped at           the left end.           2 storeys and attic, 1 window each; formerly with a           first-floor bowed oriel, the 3 properties have been variously           modified. No.11 has no dormer light, a shallow 8:12:8-pane           oriel over 12-pane sash, with a door to a throughway, left,           and a 6-panel door to the right. No.12 has 16-pane sashes to           concrete sills and a 6-panel flush door. No.13 (Spyhole           Cottage) has a faceted oriel with small-pane 2-light casements           with transom, and a 16-pane sash plus 6-panel flush door. A           brick stack to No.11 and a shared stack to Nos 12 & 13.           INTERIOR not inspected.           Modest early cottages, built slightly before the remainder of           the terrace (Nos 2-10, qqv), and enjoying fine views to the N           over the roofs of Trinity Road.
