Detached house, now offices. c1830-1840. Rendered, slate hipped roof. A symmetrical villa in Tudor style, set well back from the road, having a central square block with 2-storey porch, and lower, set-back wings. 2 storeys, the main block 1+1+1 windows, 2-light small-pane casements with transom, all late C20 replacements, under labels with dropped ends; at first floor the centre has 2 small lancets with 4-centred heads, above C20 doors in a 4-centred head. There is also a lancet, with deep sloping sill at each level on the returns to the projecting porch. Hipped 1-storey wings have a 2-light casement with label, as the main block. There are plinth, moulded mid string, cornice, blocking and parapet, but with crenellations, raised at the centre, to the porch. Each side has a stone stack with 4 octagonal shafts, and the right side has a large C20 dormer window. INTERIOR: not inspected.
