Cottage, probably C17 with western addition probably early C18. Rubble with
thatched roof, gabled right and hipped left. Extension in brick. l« storeys,
irregular fenestration. Casements with horizontal glazing bars. Internal features
(RCHM) : chamfered beam with ogee stops. (RCHM Dorset, vol IV, p 2, no 6)
