MILBORNE SAINT ANDREW SY8097 LITTLE ENGLAND (South side) 11/63 Little England 23-11-81 II Detached house. Probably early C17. Plastered cob walls, half-hipped roof, one plastered stack at left end. One storey and attic. Former attached barn at left end part rebuilt and incorporated in the house c1980. C20 open timber thatched porch. C18 raised panelled door. Ground floor has one C17 oak mullioned window, and 2 casements and a fixed window, all with glazing bars. Attic has 4 half-dormers with casements with glazing bars. Original roof structure remains. Some plank and muntin partition on first floor. Main ground floor room has large open fireplace with bread oven - flue removed. Some exposed ceiling beams. RCHM Monument (Dorset.
