Part of former brewery. c1780, part converted to house c1980. Plastered cob walls, hipped thatched roof. One storey and attic. Left section - still an outbuilding, has 2 casements with glazing bars. Right section, No.1 has 2 C20 doors under thatched canopy. Ground floor has 2 C20 casements with lead lights. Attic has one dormer with similar casements. C20 glazed entrance door in return wall. Included for group value.
