1. 865 EAST STREET (South Side) No 55
ST 8806 1/26 II GV 2.
Formerly shown as No 53, 1731 to 1750, circa. 3 window red brick front, 2-storey and attic. 2 nipped dormers. Deep moulded wood cornice. Sash windows to 1st floor. Originally had a good early to mid C19 shop-front with hood on enriched console brackets. A later bay shop-window has been inserted; modern tiled stall-riser Nos 45 to 59 (odd) form a group.
