2. Symmetrical, painted brick, 2 storeys, circa 1840. 3 windows wide, segment-headed on both floors, central timber porch with trellised gable. Hipped slate roof on overhanging eaves, hipped lean-to single-storey wings symmetrical to each side. 2 tall chimneys flank central ridge.
River Farmhouse, Stables and Barn form a group.
