2. Converted from an Edwardian villa, Broom Close,1908. Pebbledash (large pebbles) on random Purbeck stone plinth. Hipped tiled roofs of splayed outline; tall chimneys of Lutyens type, with pairs of diagonally set stacks of thin red bricks on high bases. Porch in projecting 2-storey centre of asymmetrical facade: segmental hood to deeply splayed stone-faced opening, 4-centred inner arch. Casement windows with white timber mullions. Asymmetrical canted bay windows to ground floor of flank. Garden side almost symmetrical, with two 2-storey canted bays. Interior modernised.
