2. Cottage ornee, originally circa 1815, rebuilt for Lewis Tregonwell after 1822. 2 storeys and dormers, stucco with hipped tiled roof. Symmetrical front with sharply angled 2-storey bay windows, triangular in centre and rectangular set diagonally across corners. Large regular Gothic windows with intersecting tracery in glazing bars (some removed). Panelled chimneys. Big east wing circa 1900, in harmonious materials. West wing post-1945, also stucco.
