2. Late C18/early C19. Red brick warehouse. North end facade now rebuilt with tile hung gable end. Roof, hipped at south end, now modern pantiles. 3 storeys. 3 windows, generally late C18/early C19 casements with cowered head linings but ground floor barred and top floor modern casements and hoist door at north end. South end entrance. Inside 1st floor open to roof. Open tread timber staircase and platform with iron hoist machinery. This building forms an important part of the group scene on Millhams Street.
No 12A Castle Street forms a group with side facades of Nos 10 and 12 Castle Street The Olde Barne and The Old Malt House. No 10 Castle Street is of local interest.
