C19 - and perhaps of earlier origin. Brick walls, tiled roof, brick stacks. Two storeys. Central doorway with plain arched opening. Four panel door. Ground floor has 2 double hung sash windows with glazing bars. First floor has 3 similar windows. Single storey brick extension at rear, with corrugated iron roof.
