SU 0000 SE 2/136 14.6.52 II GV 2.
Early C19. Rendered walls. Platband at first floor level. Low pitched hipped slate roof. Rendered stacks. Two storeys. Central entrance door, part glazed, with ornamental fanlight. Projecting portico, with Tuscan columns carrying a flat stone entablature. On either side of the door is a 3-light double hung sash window with glazing bars, in a raised rendered surround. First floor has, over the door, a round headed double hung sash window with glazing bars - on either side of this, a plain double hung sash window with glazing bars, and ornamental cast iron balconette. Set back from street frontage.
