EAST BOROUGH 1. 5193 (east side) No 4 (Percy House) (formerly listed as No 47) SU 0100 SW 2/23 14.6.52 II GV 2.
Late C18-early C19. Late extension in matching style on south. Rendered walls, tiled roof, with parapet. Brick stacks, - one rendered. Two storeys and attics. Ground floor has 4-panel mounded panel doors in a good classical surround, with broken pediment, reeded pilasters, and ornamental fanlight. Three double-hung sash windows to ground floor, glazing bars missing. Four similar windows to first floor. Dormers to attic with lead flat roofs and moulded cornices. Extension to south has 3 light double-hung sash windows on ground and first floors. One dormer to attic. Two-storeyed wing at rear, possibly part of an earlier building, - colour- washed brick walls, tiled roof.
