Description
SEYMER ROAD 1. 5190 (west side) SZ 0378 NW 5/135 Nos 2, 3 and 4 (Seymer Place) II GV
2. Built c1830 by William Morton Pitt, possibly as lodging houses. Terrace of 3 single- fronted houses of 3 storeys. Rendered walls, slate roof. Each house has an entrance door and one window on the ground floor and 2 windows on each of the upper floors. Plain circular-headed doorways with fanlights. Six-panel doors. Double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. No 4 has a latter addition to the north. These houses are raised above pavement level, with stone steps and parapetted retaining walls.
