Built 1825 by William Morton Pitt as Baths, Billiard and Coffee Rooms. Designed by Charles Wallis of Dorchester. Now a pair of semi-detached villas in Regency style. Rendered walls and low-pitched slate roofs. Two storeys. Slightly projecting bays at each end with arched recesses. Three doors - 6-panelled, with trellised porches and 2 round-headed windows to ground floor. Four plain-headed windows to first floor. All windows originally double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Some modern replacements. RCHM Monument 9.
