2. 1845 (datestone: although this may refer to alterations).  Ground floor Purbeck rubble.  1st floor red brick.  Pitched modern tile roof, catslide to rear.  Red brick stack.  2 storeys.  2 casements with glazing bars on 1st floor, 1 sash with glazing bars on ground floor, both with flush frames.  1 planked door.  Datestone possibly fragment of mediaeval masonry from the demolished nave of Lady St Mary's church) inscribed WD 1845.
