Detached cottage. C18. Brick walls, with dentil cornice. Hipped tiled roof, with stone eaves courses, brick stack at rear. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys. Entrance at rear. Ground floor - at front - has 2 canted bay windows under a continuous slate pentice roof, with double-hung sashes. First floor has 2 double-hung sash windows. 2-storeyed rear wing, and a single-storey rear lean-to, all of brick with tiled roofs. RCHM Monument 2.
