II
(Barn with attached stockman's cottage). Late C18-early C19. Flint walls with brick banding and dressings. Tiled roof with brick dentil cornice at eaves. Brick stack to cottage. Barn is single-storey. Large cart porch with hipped roof on west, plain cart entrance on east - doors missing. Simple collar-beam roof. Cottage has two storeys. Brick porch with tiled roof. Ground and first floors each have one casement window with glazing bars. Single-storey extension on north has similar window and ledged door. Single-storey outbuildings at rear - (east) of similar construction. Good example of post-Enclosure Down Barn.
