2. Mid C19. Red brick with ashlar dressings, plinth, quoins, strings, eaves cornice, gable coping and kneelers. Chequer brick sides and rear. Double pitched slate roof. Red brick stack with ashlar cornicing. 2 storeys. 2 ranges of segment-headed sashes with glazing bars. 2 doors with 4 flush panels in side elevations, that to north with segment-headed fanlight.
