Pair of cottages in terrace. Probably mid-C19. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roofs, central stone stack. One storey and attics. Ledged door with fanlight to No. 4. C20 flush door to No. 6. Each cottage has, on ground floor, one casement with glazing bars. Attics each have one gabled 1/2-dormer with bargeboards and similar casements. Included for group value. A National Trust property.
