Detached cottage. Mid-C19. At right angles to road. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roof, stone end stacks. 2 storeys. Ledged door. Ground floor has 2 casement windows with glazing bars under stone lintols. First floor has 3 similar windows. Single-storey flat-roofed rear extension, of stone, with parapet. Dry stone boundary wall on north. Largely unaltered in the context of other modified properties.
