2. C18. Red brick. Pitched tile roof. Brick gable parapet on kneelers. Red brick stacks. 2 storeys and attics. Diagonally placed bricks at eaves. 3 ranges of bipartite cased sashes with segmental heads and keystones, C19 porch with brick tumbling to gable. 3 attic dormers with hipped tile roofs, tile-hung cheeks and sashes with glazing bars. C19 extension to north: 1 range of segment-headed casements with glazing bars and keystones. Purbeck setts and some cobbles to pavement, framed by open drains in triangular shape.
All the listed buildings in The Quay form a group.
