Digby Estate No 52 [Fermoy] including dwarf walls and railings.
ST 6317 3/325 II 2.
C18 to C19. 2 storeys. 3 window bays. 2 parallel ranges, rear one lower. Stone rubble walls. Plaintile gabled roof. Sash windows 4 panes wide, lower ones segmental headed and wider. Segmental headed doorway; half-glazed door. Stone rubble boundary wall to either side of garden extends as far as dwarf walls and railings along Coldharbour. Dwarf wall with capping. Railings have uprights alternately with spear-headed and spiked finials; circular standards with urn finials.
