SY 5999 CATTIST0CK THE SQUARE, (east side)
10/35 Culvers and attached stable. 26.1.56 GV II
House with attached stable and outhouse. Early C19. Knapped flint base with brick walls in Flemish bond over, tuck pointing. Slate roof with stone gable-copings. Renewed brick stacks at each gable. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing-bars (12 pane), gauged brick arches and stone cills. Window at right ground, segmental bow window with glazing-bars (35 panes), renewed cill with tiles. Front door at centre,6-panelled C20, segmental fanlight with glazing-bars, C20. Attached stable to north, same materials, 2 storeys, one window (2-light iron case- ment). One plank door at left ground, with strap hinges, C19. Now converted to kitchen. Lower addition to house at south end, same materials and hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. One window. 2-light wooden casement with glazing-bars. Stable-type door, plank, with upper half lid.
