Cottage, attached to Beech House. Early Cl9. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof. Brick stack at ridge, centre. 2 storeys. 4 windows, 2-light cast-iron casements with glazing-bars. Segmental brick arches to ground floor. Wooden cills. Front door at centre, plank with 9 glass lights over, C20. Bracketed wooden canopy over. Outshut at left hand gable end, rubble-stone under a pentice slate roof.
