Mid C19. 2-storeys. Bracket eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Slate-hung walls. South east facing front to garden of 3 window bays. Sash windows with glazing bars above. French casements with margin lights on ground floor with rectangular lights over. Verandah on trellised supports across ground floor. 2-storey, 1-bay projection against left hand return; 6-panelled door on ground floor within wood trellis porch; sash window with glazing bars above.
