Description
Geophysical Surveys of Bradford conducted a fluxgate gradiometer survey as part of an archaeological assessment being carried out by AC Archaeology in advance of proposed development.
A number of possible archaeological features were recorded, scattered across the site. They include possible short ditch lengths, pit-type anomalies and, in the eastern half of the survey, the remains of ridge and furrow. The ridge and furrow terminates in the west in a broad ditch type response.
Unfortunately large areas of the survey were affected by magnetic interference (1).
