Description

A topographic survey of the area of the rectangular enclosure on Keyneston Down was undertaken in March and September 2007 to produce a digital terrain model. This revealed the raised platform of the enclosure and a number of other features. A magnetometry survey was undertaken on the site. This revealed a subrectangular enclosure with a single simple entrance offset in the north west side. The remains of linear and curvilinear boundaries were found to the south and east of the enclosure. A number of pit-like anomalies were identified within the enclosure.
