A historic building survey was carried out on behalf of Westcoast Developments Ltd prior to conversion of the building into a shop and residence. The building was Grade II Listed when known as the Royal Victoria Hotel. Documentary research, architectural assessment and an internal and external photographic record was compiled and the archive held by AC Archaeology.
