Description
A building assessment was carried out on behalf of Hall and Woodhouse Brewery prior to demolition as part of a wider redevelopment of the site. The recording comprised a visual record supplemented by photographs and notes. The building was of highly limited historical significance and the archaeological potential of the excavated site considered to be low.
