Description
Walkover survey identified two mounds of possible archaeological origin and a linear bank, a former woodland boundary. A Stage 1 environmental assessment did not identify any peat or other deposits suitable for sampling for analysis. It was concluded that the area had low potential for survival of deposits of significance. One of the mounds was augured but no burial soil or mound material were present.
