Description
Geophysical survey of two areas in the grounds of Hooke Court The geophysical survey at Hooke Court has met with mixed success; although the magnetic survey has failed to identify any definite archaeological features, the resistance and GPR surveys have identified a plethora of responses, most of which are likely to relate to earlier buildings. Perhaps the most exciting find was the discovery of what is believed to be a former dovecote.
